Appointment Setter - SDR
SmarterSwipe is looking for a SPANISH & ENGLISH SPEAKING Sales Development Representative to join our team as a remote SDR. The Sales Development Representative prospects sales and qualifies leads for new and existing accounts and works to book a demo with each lead. This position is open to all applications, not just people located in the United States, but the whole world.
The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, lots of experience, and tenacity to get after their lead list and convert them into new clients of SmarterSwipe. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Generate lead flow - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone. Engage the account and setting appointment for the Account Executive. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.
- Call Volume - 100-150 dials a day
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in sales and cold calling
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
